Programs Happening at the Blackstone

Attached you will find flyer of various programs and event staking place either at the BCYF Blackstone or at other BCYF sites. Some of the attached documents are what is happening during February School Vacation Week. We are having a supervised program called Blackstone Connects for children ages: 8-12 from 9am-5pm running from Tuesday-Friday. We have limited slots available and the total cost for the week is $40.00 per child. We are also having Swim for Safety returning again and this is FREE Swim Lessons for children ages 8 and up. Attached is the flyer and the times that are available during February School Vacation. Please register for this FREE Program. If you are interested or have anyone who would be please contact the BCYF Blackstone Community Center to register.

Boston Tax Help Coalition (Coalition) Free Tax Preparation

Tax season is fast approaching and this year the Boston Tax Help Coalition (Coalition) is celebrating 15 years of providing inclusive wealth building services to the community.The Coalition provides free tax preparation and asset building services at over 30 tax sites in Boston’s neighborhoods. These sites are accessible and we strive to provide reasonable accommodation to all who request it. We welcome you to come to get your taxes done at a Coalition site. Enclosed is the flyer that has all of the tax site locations. Please note that the South End location at 554 Columbus Ave is not accessible.

Please send this flyer to your lists and encourage your friends, family and contacts to obtain free services at a Coalition site. All tax services are provided by IRS certified volunteers.

Additionally, there will be 2 ASL Tax Days during February and March. Please contact us if you are interested and would like to make an appointment. If you require an accommodation, please contact Jessica Doonan at 617-635-3682. We look forward to serving you during tax season.
